Overview
A touchscreen console for internal calls
IVDCRS brings desk-to-desk calling, transfers, messaging and recorded-call replay into a touchscreen console for Delhi Police. Over 3 weeks, I designed its UX, interface and design system around frequent calls and the moments a call can go wrong. The console went into daily trial use at headquarters and selected departments.
